These terms cover the website of Conclusion Cart, a registered partnership firm. The registered office is Plot No. 3/398, Vastu Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow 226010, Uttar Pradesh, India. Paid work is governed by the proposal both sides accept, and that proposal prevails if it disagrees with this page.
The pages
The site describes the firm’s practices: promotion, marketing, research, monitoring, capacity building, field operations, audit, methodology, and geography. Descriptions are an invitation to talk. They are not a quotation, a promise of a result, or an offer that becomes a contract by being read.
A conversation is not yet a job
A call or an email asks for a reply. A contract begins only when both sides agree a written proposal that sets the scope, the fee, the calendar, and the file you will receive.
Your materials
You keep ownership of information you send. Conclusion Cart may use it to reply and to draft a proposal. Keep confidential respondent data until an assignment is agreed. Field instruments and datasets belong to the agreement for that assignment.
Our materials
The writing, name, and design of this website belong to Conclusion Cart. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy the site and present it as another firm’s.
Conduct
Use the site as a reader and as someone asking for professional services. Do not attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that degrades it.
Liability
The site is provided as a description of the firm. To the extent the law allows, Conclusion Cart is not liable for decisions made from these pages alone. Decisions about a programme belong in the proposal and the final report for that programme.
Changes
These terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. Work already under a signed proposal keeps the terms of that proposal.
